Support

Email support@glimra.app and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Common questions first:

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not inside Glimra: iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Glimra → Cancel. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Glimra → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I re-installed the app. Where did my subscription go?

Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your App Store / Google Play account, so it comes back on any device signed into the same store account.

How do refunds work?

Billing is handled by the stores, so refunds are too: request one via Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's order history. We can't issue store refunds ourselves.

How do I delete my data?

Profile → Delete all my data erases everything: scans, photos, routine, chat and settings, both on your device and in your account's cloud storage, and removes the account itself. Details in the privacy policy.

Why does my score change between scans?

Lighting and time of day matter. For honest comparisons, re-scan in similar light at a similar time; the app nudges you toward this. Scores are cosmetic guidance, not a medical measurement.

Reminders aren't showing up

Check that notifications are allowed: iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Glimra. Android: Settings → Apps → Glimra → Notifications. Then make sure reminders are switched on in Profile inside the app.
